How to Operate the Automatic 256 Egg Digital Egg Incubator for Best Hatching Results

• Step 1: Sanitation and Pre-run Test – Clean and sanitise all inside surfaces and trays thoroughly. After you plug it in, leave it alone for at least two hours so the temperature stays consistent before adding eggs.
• Step 2: Define Temperature and Humidity Targets – Use the digital LED panel to select the desired temperature, often approximately 37.5°C (99.5°F) for chicken eggs. Maintain humidity between 40% and 50% during the incubation stage. During the last hatching phase, increase humidity to 60% – 70%.
• Step 3: Set the Eggs – Place the viable eggs on the aluminium rolling trays, slightly up at the broader end to help the embryos move into position.
• Step 4: Turn on Automatic Turning – Using the turner, turn the eggs at an angle of 45° every two hours.
• Step 5: Candling and Hatching Stage – Days 7 and 14, assess embryo progress with the built-in candling torch. Stop rotating the eggs 3 days before the hatching date.
