Description
The Heavy Duty Portable 25 Litre Single Bucket Trolley Milking Machine with 1 HP Motor is designed for medium-sized dairy farms managing approximately 15-20 cows or buffaloes. It comes with a 25-litre stainless steel milk bucket, powerful 1 HP motor, 200 LPM vacuum pump and 20-foot vacuum pipe.
How the Milking Machine Works
The motor powers the vacuum pump, while the pulsator controls the suction
and release cycle applied through the teat cups.
- The teat cups are attached to the animal’s teats.
- The pulsator alternates between suction and rest phases.
- Milk flows through the milk tubes.
- Milk is collected directly in the stainless steel bucket.
- When the milk flow slows, the vacuum is released and the cluster is removed gently.
This enclosed process helps collect milk hygienically with minimal direct handling.

How to Operate the Milking Machine
1. Prepare the Machine
Place the machine on a clean, dry and level surface. Check that the milk
bucket, pipes, pulsator and teat cups are connected securely.
2. Prepare the Animal
Keep the cow or buffalo calm. Wash the udder and teats with clean, lukewarm
water or an approved udder wash, then dry them properly.
3. Start the Machine
Connect the machine to a reliable power supply, switch on the motor and wait
for the vacuum to stabilise.
4. Attach the Teat Cups
Hold the milking cluster below the udder and attach one teat cup to each teat.
Avoid allowing unnecessary air into the cups.
5. Monitor Milking
Observe the milk flow and ensure that the teat cups remain correctly positioned.
Do not leave the machine unattended.
6. Remove the Cluster
Release the vacuum before removing the teat cups. Never pull the cups while
suction is active.
7. Store the Milk
Transfer the collected milk into a clean, covered container and cool it as soon
as possible according to dairy hygiene requirements.

How to Clean the Milking Machine
Clean every milk-contact component immediately after each milking session.
Dried milk residue may encourage bacterial growth and affect milk quality.
Cleaning After Each Use
- Switch off the motor and disconnect the power supply.
- Empty the collected milk from the bucket.
- Rinse the bucket, milk pipes, teat cups and liners with clean, lukewarm water.
- Circulate an approved dairy-equipment cleaning solution through the milk system.
- Clean the bucket lid, gasket, teat cups and accessible joints.
- Rinse all components thoroughly with clean water.
- Allow the parts to drain and air-dry completely.
- Store the teat cups and pipes in a clean, dry place.
