Description
The Automatic Double Bucket Milking Machine with 0.55 kW Motor is designed for fast, hygienic, and efficient milking of cows. It comes with two steel milk buckets, making it suitable for farms that need higher productivity and continuous milking operation.
With a productivity capacity of 20–25 cows per hour, this machine helps reduce manual labour, saves time, and provides a cleaner milking process compared to hand milking. The machine operates on 220–240V power and runs at 1440 RPM, making it suitable for dairy farms, cattle farms, small commercial dairies, and livestock owners.
Its double bucket design allows better workflow during milking, while the automatic suction system helps maintain consistent milking performance. The steel buckets are easy to clean and suitable for regular dairy use.
How to Operate
- Place the machine on a flat and stable surface near the animal.
- Connect the machine to a 220–240V power supply.
- Check that all pipes, bucket lids, and milking clusters are properly connected.
- Switch on the machine and allow the vacuum pressure to build.
- Attach the milking cups properly to the teats of the cow, goat, or buffalo.
- Monitor the milk flow during operation.
- Once milk flow reduces, gently remove the milking cups.
- Switch off the machine after milking is complete.
- Transfer the collected milk from the bucket for storage or processing.
- Clean the buckets, pipes, and milking clusters immediately after use.
Maintenance Instructions
Clean the buckets, pipes, and milking cups after every use to prevent milk residue buildup. Do not leave milk inside the tubes or bucket for a long time. Check the rubber liners, pipes, and joints regularly for cracks, leakage, or loose fitting. Keep the motor area dry and avoid water entering the electrical parts. Inspect vacuum pressure and pipe connections before daily operation. Store the machine in a clean, dry place when not in use.
For better machine life, do not overload the machine beyond its recommended capacity and get the motor and vacuum system checked periodically by a technician.
