Description
The Heavy Duty Vacuum Type Milking Machine with 0.5 HP Motor is designed for dairy farmers who want faster, cleaner, and more efficient milking compared to manual milking. It comes with a 20-liter steel bucket, vacuum pump system, milking claw, teat cups, pressure gauges, and food-grade milk tubes for smooth milk collection.
This machine is suitable for cow, goat, and buffalo milking, making it useful for small and medium dairy farms. The vacuum-based operation helps reduce manual effort, saves time, and supports hygienic milk handling when cleaned properly after every use.
It is ideal for farmers handling around 10–12 animals and can support approximately 20–25 cows per hour, depending on the operator, animal readiness, and milking routine.
How to Operate
- Place the machine on a clean, flat surface near the animal.
- Connect the milk tubes, vacuum pipe, teat cups, and bucket properly.
- Check that all pipe joints and seals are tight before switching on the motor.
- Wash the animal’s udder and teats with clean water, then dry them properly.
- Switch on the machine and allow vacuum pressure to stabilize.
- Attach the teat cups gently to the animal’s teats.
- Monitor the milk flow through the transparent tubes.
- Once milk flow reduces or stops, remove the teat cups carefully.
- Switch off the machine and transfer the milk to a clean storage container.
- Clean the bucket, tubes, claw, and teat cups immediately after use.
Cleaning Instructions
Clean the machine after every milking session. Do not leave milk residue inside the tubes or bucket.
- Rinse the milk bucket, tubes, teat cups, and claw with lukewarm water.
- Wash all milk-contact parts using a dairy-safe cleaning solution.
- Run clean water through the tubes to remove milk deposits.
- Rinse again with fresh water.
- Allow all parts to dry properly before storage.
- Keep the steel bucket open after washing to prevent odor buildup.
- Do not use harsh chemicals that may damage rubber parts or contaminate milk.
Maintenance Tips
- Check vacuum pipes and milk tubes regularly for cracks or leakage.
- Inspect rubber liners and teat cups for wear and replace them when needed.
- Keep the motor area dry and protected from water.
- Do not overload the machine beyond recommended usage.
- Clean the pressure gauges and valves carefully; avoid rough handling.
- Check nuts, bolts, and fittings before regular use.
- Lubricate moving parts only if recommended by the manufacturer.
- Store the machine in a dry, dust-free place after cleaning.
Best For
This machine is suitable for small dairy farms, medium dairy units, cattle owners, goat farms, buffalo farms, and farmers who want to reduce manual milking time while improving hygiene and efficiency.
